Troubleshooting

If you are having problems, please read the following tips:

• Make sure you have a webcam properly installed and running on your computer. This program will only work if you have a webcam.
• Make sure that your webcam is not being used by any other programs (ie. Skype, Ichat)
• Make sure that you click "Allow" when prompted by the flash player (second screen in the "Maker your own" tab)

Tips for Mac users

Sometimes the wrong camera input will be selected by default and that will cause a "blank screen" to appear. To avoid this, make sure the proper camera is selected by following these steps:

• Right-click (Ctrl-click) on the program, a dialog will show up, choose "Settings"
  
  

  

• Click on the "Camera" tab
  
  

  

• Choose your camera from the list. For Macbooks, use "USB Video class video". If you are unsure, just try them all, one of them will work
